We are a small neighborhood of 98 homes located on Southwest corner of Lindsay and Elliot Roads in Gilbert,  AZ.  We currently hold our monthly board meetings on the second Monday of the month at 7:00 pm (see Upcoming events for changes in dates).  Exact date and time can be found on the "Calendar" tab.  The meetings are open and attendance is encouraged by all homeowners.

 The current all-volunteer 2011 HOA Board consist of the following members:

• Brandy Koff - Treasurer
• Susan Young - Secretary
• Ken Pschierer - Member at Large
• Marry Susan Elley - Member at Large

All-Volunteer Committees:

• Architectural Committee - Always need volunteers (please send email if interested)
• Board is currently tasked with this duty - Lack of Homeowner volunteers

The HOA Board is responsible for the financial and legal aspects of the Association.They oversee the Architectural, Landscape, and Social Committees.
