Our goal is to instill in our neighbors the benefits of complying with the CC&Rs which will promote considerate neighbors and make our neighborhood not only the friendliness but at the same time make our properties increase in value by taking pride in our properties.

The Board has tried to revise the CC&R's beginning in 2006 with the intent to update and delete sections that no longer apply since they were written. To do this we needed approval from 90 percent of the homeowners. At last count there were approximately 75 percent of the signatures collected.
